Shipping Policy

Deliveries will be made as quickly as possible after you place your order.

Your order will be sent out via Australian Post in most instances or the most suitable carrier. When you place an order, we suggest you have it delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as our couriers only deliver between 9am and 5pm, and may require a signature on receipt.

Shipping rates refer to standard size parcels for delivery within Australia. Parcels that are over-sized or very heavy may have additional charges applied. If extra charges need to be applied, you will be contacted by email to confirm the amount of any additional charges before processing.  We reserve the right to quote freight separately for any oversize, large, heavy or bulky goods which may be ordered.

To be as Sustainable as possible we will reuse Boxes from shipping companies and Suppliers to reduce our imprint on Manufacturing.

Flat Rate Shipping

We offer $17.50 flat rate shipping on majority areas in NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD and SA. $17.50 flat rate shipping applies on areas in WA,TAS and NT. Please quote the postage at the checkout page. We reserve the right to quote freight separately for any oversize, large, heavy or bulky goods which may be ordered with remote area shipping address.

We offer a standard flat rate of Card Pack delivery of $7.50 to a maximum of 18 packs and there after will revert to $17.50 Flat rate.

  

Express Post service 

Express Post Services Available at a flat rate of $25.00 where available.

 

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment. If you choose to have your order delivered to you at work, please ensure that there will be someone available to take receipt of the goods.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

At this stage we do not offer International Shipping However are happy to quote upon request.
